The PW range of Precision Spot Welders is designed for all areas of micro-joining. With over 40 years experience in spot welding systems, PW have introduced a new range of equipment using the latest technology.
The weld heads are perfectly balanced, using linear slides, in order to ensure consistent and accurate weld forces from as low as 0.1 kgf.
The power supplies use Medium Frequency inverters, allowing precise control of weld times in milli-seconds.
A full range of accessories is also available.

The BH series weld heads are slim line, at only 45mm. The force can be varied between 0·5N and 180N by adjustment and spring change. The moving parts of the head are balanced on light leaf springs, so moving inertia is mi imised. The electrode arm weight is balanced separately, so true weld force only is applied.
Heads can be used in parallel as shown for series welding applications.
Heads can be either air or foot pedal operated.
The DBZ-100 and DBZ-300 power supplies are both4kHz medium frequency units, offering tight control of the welding parameters. The DBZ-100 is rated at 4kVA and delivers up to 1000A of
current. Full upslope/dopwnslope are available.
The DBZ-300 is rated at 10kVA and delivers up to 3000A of current.
Both units are very competitively priced.
