The PW range of robot guns is designed for continuous operation under the most arduous welders production line conditions. Many automated lines operate 18 shifts a week and the robot guns have to be able to withstand this heavy load.

The scissor welders guns are based around high tensile aluminium plate, giving strength with minimum weight. A range of throat sizes from 150mm to 450mm covers the majority of applications. Large robot guns are made from machined aerospace aluminium, and can have arms up to 1m long. Splash covers are provided as standard and Kevlar bags can be fitted, completely enclosing the welders gun and keeping it clean, improving robot gun life and reducing service downtime.
Cylinders are manufactured from aluminium, with honed, hard anodised bores and have been tested over millions of cycles to ensure maximum longevity.
Servo welders gun options are also available, giving faster and quieter operation, with improved weld consistency.

The C-gun range provides the same breadth, allowing use on any application. The robot guns are again fully self equalising, with a sophisticated slide system allowing easy movement and minimising the possibility of component damage. A variety of sizes allows use of a huge range of electrode arms, all manufactured from chrome copper for maximum strength. Electrode tips and adaptors can be selected to conform to user standards.
All the welders guns can be used with standard ISO transformer sizes. These range from 32kVA to 103kVA. For large throat sizes or specialist welding applications, Medium Frequency transformer systems can also be used. These give unsurpassed weld quality as they deliver DC current, ensuring a smooth input of weld energy.
A full range of electrode arms is supplied. For robotic applications these are always designed to suit.
