Special Welding Machines
PW has the ability to design and manufacture special welding machines for high speed production on volume components. Dedicated welders such as these would be used where volumes are too high to consider flexible manufacturing solutions, such as robotics.
All of the designs, whether large or small, can be made for spot welding, with associated tooling, or for projection welding, for example for automated feeding and welding of weld nuts or bolts.
Elements of modular production and use of standard components such as cylinders, twin series welding heads and weld controls, allow cost and machine design and build time to be minimised.
